Welcome to Villa Oasis Fort Lauderdale! We strive to offer a relaxing and luxurious experience for every guest. By booking a reservation and using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• 50% Deposit  is required at booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 14 days prior to check in. 
• Rates vary based on dates, availability, and number of guests.
• A valid credit card must be provided for incidentals.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund (see specific listing details).
• Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your reservation platform or booking confirmation.

• No smoking or vaping indoors
• No parties or unauthorized events
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Dogs are allowed with prior approval and pet fee ($35 per pet per night of your stay max 2 dogs)
• Guests must clean up after pets and prevent damage to property.

• A $500 authorization hold may be placed on your card and released within 48 hours of checkout, pending no damages.
• Any damages, theft, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
• Exceeding the max occupancy without approval may result in termination of the stay without refund.

• Guests assume all risks related to property use, including pool and outdoor areas.
• Villa Oasis and TMBK Enterprises are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

• All images, logos, and content are the property of TMBK Enterprises and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
• We reserve the right to update or modify terms at any time.
